A new contest has begun!

Hello, members of Young Artist Nation! There is a new club contest taking place!

The Contest: A Club ID Contest.

This is a regular club ID contest. We are asking you to design something that we can proudly display as our club ID, showing passer-by's who we are at a glance. It can be a drawing, a photo, and photomanip--anything, as long as it represents what the club is about.

What IS this club about? Well, you should know this, considering you're a member. Young Artist Nation. A nation of young artists, no matter what art form you may use.

Important Stuff
Theme: Nation. For this contest, there is an emphasis on the word "Nation." Many of our members come from different countries, getting a variety of different cultures and talents. Yet here we are, young artists, forming our own nation. Keep this in mind as you're putting together your submission. Now, this doesn't mean you have to draw a map of our "Nation", but if you feel inclined to do that, feel free! Just remember that though we are diverse, we are still share the common bond that: hey, we're young.

Deadline: April 15

Rules:
1. Realize that this is FOR the club, and will be set as the club ID. Don't give it to us if you're planning to use it as your own ID.
2. Keep it age appropriate; this is for a youngster club.
3. Follow all other clubs rules, and DeviantArt rules.

Judging:
Entries will be judged by the YAN staff, April 15 through April 22.

Entries will be judged on:
Is it an original idea, keeping with the theme?
Does it mirror the club's ideals?
Is it pleasing to the eye?
Was it created in a style that fits the look of DA?

-The winning entry will be uploaded and set as the club ID.
- All winners will be featured in the club journal.

There are currently no prizes being offered. If you would like to donate a prize, please NOTE the club with a note titled "Prize".

To enter just send a note to the club entitled "Contest Entry" or "Entry". Include a link of your entry within the note.
